The Waterford Town Centre was envisioned as a thoughtfully designed mixed-use development, seamlessly integrating diverse residential housing options with recreation, dining, and essential community amenities. Located on the lands between the City of Calgary and the Town of Chestermere, the project ultimately did not proceed to construction, but the planning process stands as a strong example of best practices in community design.
